Along the way, he has honed his skills in safety and training, culminating in his role as Director of Safety and Training, ensuring top-notch standards in every project he undertakes. Andrea, on the other hand, boasts a background that spans diverse industries, granting her a versatile skill set adaptable to any challenge thrown her way. Andrea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience spanning diverse industries. Holding an MBA and several certifications in talent acquisition, including a SHRM-CP, Andrea brings a wealth of expertise to her endeavors. In October of 2022, Andrea left the corporate world and opened AO HR Solutions, LLC with the aspiration of sharing her passion for recruiting and all things HR with other companies.

James Osborne, MBA
James embarked on his career journey in 1995, immediately after graduating from high school, by joining a construction company's labor crew. Over the years, he diligently climbed the ranks within the same company, progressing from a Journeyman Pipefitter to assuming the role of Safety Technician. Later, he transitioned into a Training Manager position before ultimately serving as Director of Safety and Training.
Prior to joining AO HR Solutions, LLC, James was actively involved in various boards, including the Workforce Development Board. His contributions have been pivotal in establishing apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs within the construction industry in the Tri-Cities region.
